Qualifications and Experience
A qualified candidate for this position should possess:
- Language Skills: Native-level Russian with comfortable spoken English (or Chinese). Some interpreters hold HSK Level 5 or above for Chinese-Russian translation.
- Trade Fair Experience: Prior experience working at major international exhibitions in Moscow, such as MosHome, MosBuild, RosUpack, InterAuto, MIMS Automobility, or Mebel Expo.
- Professional Demeanor: A friendly, professional manner suited to a high-stakes trade-fair environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the consumer goods, DIY, and home products sectors, including an understanding of retail metrics like Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), lead times, and EAC certification.
